Recently I went to hear the author of
Three Cups of Tea. Greg
Mortenson was in
Murfreesboro and told of his "Indian Jones" adventures in Afghanistan while building schools for the children. It is a great book and I would recommend it.
We are laboring on Labor Day weekend. Stephen has gather leaves and has pressed them under these books for a
Biology project. Katie Ann is completing a "Scientific Method" project for science.
Caroline had to come up with her own invention and design it. She came up with a laser device that scan your carpet and if a certain % of the color is not absorbed, ( because things are on the floor) then an alarm goes off. When ask how she came up with it, she said she was cleaning her room and the idea came to her. Now that are dining room is gone. Our pool table has become the project table.
