For my birthday, David and I went to St. Petersburg for the weekend and stayed at the Vinoy. Here is a view from our room. While there, we saw an Auburn friend, Helen, (below)from when David was working at Auburn. Ms. Helen treated us to a great dinner.
One of the great things about the Vinoy was this great porch at the front of the hotel. You could sit and read, people watch or watch what was going on in the bay.

Ok, so I knew you were going on a trip, but I had no idea it was your birthday!! Happy Late Birthday! The view is beautiful. I'm glad you two got away for a little while.
