January is a long month but busy. We are in the midst of basketball season Stephen went on a ski trip with the Youth 2 weekends ago. He had never been before but he looks like he knew what he was doing.
Katie Ann went on a youth retreat to New Frontiers where they have several outside activities that she loves to do.
What do you get when you send four boys in a cave? Muddy clothes, muddy shoes, muddy hats. The Dr. Pepper can made the trip also. At Christmas, we went to Lebanon State Park. We stayed for three nights with family. There is a cave on site and we did some exploring.
These are the only jeans that fit at the time.........Thank goodness for the soak cycle on the washing machine.
Stephen got a survival book for Christmas and it showed how to make a hut. They acturally followed the directions and made a hut. It is covered in moss behind the girls.
Life has been playing until school started again. We recevied a Wii and a Pool table from grandparetns this year. They both have added family fun to the Bass household.
I also wanted you to see the talent we have in the family. Both Caroline and Stephen are experts in getting the ping pong ball in the air and haveing it land back into the pipe. All Bass grandchildren recevied a pipe for Christmas.
